Public Housing

The Fulton Housing Authority is a public agency that provides subsidized housing to low and very low income individuals and families within the Fulton City limits.

FHA operates 200 public housing units including one, two, three and four bedroom apartments as well as 3 houses.

How to Apply for Housing

Fulton Public Schools include elementary schools McIntire, Bartley and Bush, Fulton Middle School and Fulton Senior High School. Fulton Public Schools provide buses for student transportation to school for students not close enough to walk to school.

With the Public Housing rental program you can expect to pay approximately 30 percent of your adjusted gross income for rent and utilities. To qualify for public housing, your gross income must fall within the low income guidelines (see chart below). Anyone within six months of turning 18 years old and who falls within the income guidelines may apply. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to sign a lease. Effective 4/14/2018
