Public Housing

The Fulton Housing Authority is a public agency that provides subsidized housing to low and very low income individuals and families within the Fulton City limits.  FHA operates 200 public housing units including one, two, three and four bedroom apartments as well as 3 houses.

Fifty-eight of the 200 units have been designated as senior or disabled developments. The apartments come with stoves and refrigerators and have hook ups for tenant provided washers and dryers. All units have central air conditioning. There are playgrounds close to all units.

Public Housing children attend either McIntire or Bartley Elementary schools as well as Fulton Middle school and Fulton High school. Fulton Public Schools provide buses for student transportation to school.
