The mission of the Fulton Housing Authority is to promote adequate, safe and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment without discrimination for: the elderly, persons with disabilities, low-income and very low income individuals and families.

In carrying out this mission, FHA will seek partnerships and collaborative efforts with local organizations and other governmental agencies that provide services to improve the quality of life for FHA's residents.

The Board of Commissioners of the Fulton Housing Authority (FHA) is requesting public comment on the following FHA planning documents:

  • Annual PHA Plan
  • PHA Five Year Action Plan
  • 2020-2024 Capital Fund Budget
  • Additional agenda items include:

  • Admission and Continued Occupancy Plan
  • PHA unit demolition
  • PHA Annual Report

  • Final Rates were set for:

  • FY2020 Fair Market Rents for All Bedroom Sizes in Callaway County
  • Changes are proposed to:

  • PHA Flat Rent Rate
  • HCV (Section 8) Payment Standards
  • Documents are available for public review at:
